Do we use browser logs (cookies)?
Yes, browser logs are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Internet browser (if you allow), which enable the website's or its service provider's systems to recognize your browser and collect and store certain information. For example, we use browser logs to help us remember and process the items you have added to your shopping cart, and they are also used to help us understand your preferences based on your current or past activity on the site, which enables us to provide you with improved service. We also use browser logs to help us classify the data we collect about site traffic and site interactions so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We use browser logs to: • Help remember and process merchandise added to the shopping cart. • Understand and store user preferences for future visits. • Follow advertisements. • Classify the data collected about browsing traffic and interactions on the site in order to provide a better experience and tools in the future. We may also use other trusted services to track this information on our behalf. You can choose to have your computer warn you every time tracking logs are sent, and you can opt out of receiving all types of tracking logs. You can do this via your browser settings (such as Internet Explorer). Browser types vary slightly, so take a look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your device's reception of tracking logs. If you turn off browser log reception, some features will be disabled, which will not affect the user experience that makes your visit to our site more effective, and some of our services may not function as well. But you can send us purchase requests.

Location Data
The Masaraty App collects and uses location data to provide its core ride-booking and transportation services. Specifically: What we collect: precise (GPS) and approximate location from your device. When we collect it: while you are actively using the App — for example, to set your pickup point, match you with a nearby driver, navigate and track a trip in progress, calculate fares and estimated arrival times, and show your trip on the map. Foreground and background use: for riders and drivers, location may be collected while the App is open and, where you have granted permission, in the background during an active trip so that trips can be tracked and updated in real time. We do not collect location when you are not using the Services for these purposes. Why we need it: location data is essential to connect riders and drivers, route trips, calculate prices, and ensure rider and driver safety. The App's core functionality does not work without it. Your control: you can enable or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location will prevent the App from providing trip-related features. We do not sell your location data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services: With drivers and riders: to complete a trip, a rider and the assigned driver are shown the information necessary to find each other and complete the trip (such as name, pickup/drop-off location, and contact method). With service providers: hosting, mapping, payment processing, analytics, and customer-support partners who process data on our behalf and are contractually required to keep it confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us. For legal reasons: when required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Masaraty, our users, or others. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties for their own marketing.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
